Throughout times of change, the beauty industry has continuously demonstrated its relevance and resilience.
Today, as we face a business landscape buffeted on one side by geopolitical and economic forces and on the other by a highly engaged global consumer base, it’s incumbent upon companies to respond with insights-led solutions.
At the 2022 WWD Beauty CEO Summit, to be held May 9-11 at the Ritz Carlton in Key Biscayne, Florida, we will provide just that. Titled Beauty Unfiltered: A Candid Look at the Future, the conference will bring together leading retailers and brands for discussions focused on the issues most impacting the industry. From understanding today’s highly connected consumer to dissecting fast-changing global dynamics, diving into top-of-mind issues around sustainability and inclusivity to tackling supply chain concerns, our speakers will address the key areas needed to drive growth today.
Thus far, confirmed speakers include Martin Brok, President and CEO of Sephora; Gucci Westman and David Neville of Westman Atelier; Charles Rosier, CEO of Augustinus Bader; Laura Berlingeri and Katie Kaps, co-CEOs of Higher Dose; José Manuel Albesa, President, Puig; Stéphane de La Faverie, Group President, The Estée Lauder Cos., and Larissa Jensen of The NPD Group. In the days to come, we will be announcing more speakers.
The Summit will begin on the evening of May 9. It will continue on May 10, with a morning session, lunch, afternoon session and evening speaker. We will conclude on May 11 with a morning session to be followed by a picnic lunch. I invite you to join us, and look forward to seeing you there.
Sincerely,
