Gianni Pieraccioni is a global executive with 38 years of expertise, including 22 years in the beauty industry. He has worked for multinational corporations including Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Johnson & Johnson as well as European private equity-backed companies in the luxury industry such as Sector Group (watches), Binda (accessories), and Averna (spirits).
In 2014, Mr. Pieraccioni joined Revlon, first as Executive Vice President and Global President of Consumer Products, and then as Chief Operating Officer for the newly combined Revlon and Elizabeth Arden Company. In 2019, he moved to Coty as Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Beauty and in 2020, he was appointed President of EMEA Luxury and Consumer Beauty and was based in Amsterdam.
Since February 2021 Mr. Pieraccioni has served as Chief Executive Officer of Maesa, a New York-based global brand incubator backed by Bain Capital and home of innovative brands including Kristin Ess, Hairitage, TPH by Taraji, Flower Beauty, Anomaly, Hey Humans, Mix:Bar, and Andrew Fitzsimons. Mr. Pieraccioni is a vocal supporter of Maesa’s purpose of “bringing the future into the present,” and believes that building an inclusive and diverse environment that fosters creativity and good citizenship is core to this mission.
