Suveen Sahib is known for championing innovation in the biosciences with experience across technology and consumer products.
Managing Danone bottled water assets for South Asia during the ‘90s, Mr. Sahib transformed an obscure brand into one of the biggest in the market, setting it up for a strategic exit at 7X sales. In 2006, he founded a tech venture, filing several patents and growing the team to 150 people before merging with a strategic player in 2008. He led the development of marketing saas platforms to deliver value for global partners like IBM and worked on a web-driven version of Zoom that was arguably ahead of its time.
In 2015, he was introduced to the world of haircare by his wife, Britta Cox, founder of Aquis Hair. With his belief that nature is the best at design and functionality, Mr. Sahib worked with top scientists to map and test the entire protein expression of the keratin genome to find that perfect puzzle piece for damaged hair. After years of research and development, K18 Biomimetic Hairscience was born.
