Tina Henry Bou-Saba has actively invested in the consumer space since 2016 through CXT Investments, her personal investment vehicle. She enthusiastically champions purpose-driven entrepreneurs who are building the next generation of great consumer companies, including emerging brands and the technologies that enable them. An expert in beauty and wellness, Ms. Bou-Saba was an early investor in several of the most exciting brands in the category, including Dae, Kosas, Olive & June, and Saie. In 2021, she co-founded Verity Venture Partners (VVP), an early-stage consumer-focused investment firm.
 
Ms. Bou-Saba is a trusted partner to entrepreneurs and company leaders. Her creative, collaborative, and supportive approach – in combination with sharp instincts for commercial opportunities and genuine passion for consumer products and trends – has made her one of the most respected investors in emerging brands. She is also intimately familiar with the tactical challenges and opportunities that young companies face and is often a founder’s “first call” to strategize on business issues. Ms. Bou-Saba leverages her platform to celebrate female entrepreneurship, build community, and promote positivity.
 
After starting her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, she covered retail as an equity analyst at Sanford Bernstein and Berman Capital and was a member of the strategy team at Victoria’s Secret.
 
Ms. Bou-Saba is passionate about supporting female and diverse entrepreneurs and serving her community. She is proud of her many years of dedicated board service at Safe & Sound and the Bay Area Discovery Museum. As a Managing Partner of VVP, she also serves on the boards of Arrae, August, and Dae.
 
She attended Phillips Exeter Academy, Harvard College, and Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar.
