Christie Fleischer (she/her) is Chief Executive Officer of Benefit, a role she has held since 2019. During her tenure, Benefit has continued to flourish as one of the world’s leading beauty brands, maintaining its trailblazing status as the #1 brow brand worldwide and one of the largest employers of trained estheticians, with more than 5,000 experts worldwide. Ms. Fleischer brings more than two decades of leadership, merchandise, and retail experience to her role and is responsible for ensuring Benefit’s future success as a leader in brows, pores, and beauty services.
 
She joined Benefit from Netflix where she was Head of Global Consumer Products, overseeing retail and licensing, publishing, interactive games, merchandising, and experiential events. Prior to Netflix, she spent a significant part of her career at the Walt Disney Company building some of the world’s most beloved brands and held key leadership roles, including Head of Merchandise for Parks, Experiences, and Consumer Products. With a deep knowledge of the retail space, her experience also includes merchandising management for Warnaco Inc. and American Pacific Enterprises. 
 
Ms. Fleischer holds a master of business administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a bachelor of science from West Chester University.
