Peggy Elsrode is President of Americas at Dyson Inc. She is an accomplished business leader who re-engineers, transforms, and accelerates opportunities in billion-dollar global businesses. Dyson, one of the largest privately-owned technology companies, has disrupted the hair styling category and accelerated growth in both revenue and profit under her leadership.

Before joining Dyson in 2020, Ms. Elsrode had an extensive career in the beauty industry. She held various executive positions with CPG conglomerates Coty Inc. and Unilever. In her role as President of Americas for Coty Luxury, she led the United States turnaround with a portfolio of luxury brands ¬– Gucci, Tiffany & Co., and Burberry to name a few. She spent 18 years living and leading various international businesses in Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Travel Retail, creating affiliates and joint ventures in China and Southeast Asia, as well as local and international mergers and acquisitions. This time around the globe helped her build strong cross-cultural understanding and relationships while fostering wider creativity and adaptability.

A native of Colorado, Ms. Elsrode developed her entrepreneurial and adventurous mindset while working in her family business at a young age. After college, she moved to New York City with nothing but two suitcases, and her career path has taken her to Paris, Geneva, Singapore, Miami, and most recently Chicago. She is obsessed with her new mountain bike and rides with her husband or two sons.

She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor of science.
