Elizabeth A. Morrison is Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&Co.). In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the company has the right practices in place to attract and retain a workforce that is as diverse as the communities it serves and build a vibrant and inclusive workplace for all employees globally. With more than 20 years of experience creating work cultures that value diverse perspectives and empower employees to be their authentic selves, Ms. Morrison is a seasoned leader who is driving the company’s comprehensive, holistic, and global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy forward.

Prior to joining LS&Co., she served as Vice President of Diversity and Belonging at Live Nation Entertainment, where her strategic focus on original and creative programming and communications helped establish diversity and belonging as a core component of company culture. Previously, she led global diversity and inclusion at Campbell Soup Company and worked for Comcast NBCUniversal driving employee communication, engagement, and culture.

Ms. Morrison holds a bachelor of arts in broadcasting, telecommunications, and mass media and a master of liberal arts in communications sciences and marketing from Temple University.
