In 2023 she launched Gut Feelings with Lo Bosworth, an advice podcast where she brings on celebrities, influencers, and founders to answer listener questions about matters of the head, heart, and health. 
 
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a culinary arts degree with an emphasis on farm-to-table cuisine from The International Culinary Institute.
