Melissa Eamer is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Modern Age, the first healthcare company designed to slow down aging. Prior to starting Modern Age, Ms. Eamer served as Chief Operating Officer of Glossier where she managed a team of 130 people, including the chief technology officer and all teams responsible for digital innovation and revenue generation. She spent 19 years at Amazon, most recently as Vice President of Device Sales and Marketing, where she managed a team of over 800 people across engineering, product management, branding, marketing, demand planning, and retail partnerships.

Ms. Eamer holds an M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.A. in English from the University of Vermont. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors racing and riding with an all-women cycling team.
