Kat Hachmeyer is the Director of Growth Marketing of FILA North America since January 2022. In this newly established marketing division, she is responsible for increasing customer acquisition, retention and relationships across growth channels, while identifying areas of improvement in the customer journey, and growing revenue through data-driven strategies.

A veteran of FILA North America since 2016, Hachmeyer climbed the ranks from intern to her previous position as the Director of Technological Innovation. During her tenure, she supported the marketing technology and e-commerce teams as a technical project manager and in developing the overall roadmap and strategy. With her hands-on technical experience paired with her background in marketing, Hachmeyer has offered a complete perspective on the marketing tech landscape. Over the last two years, her primary focus has been optimizing the customer journey through technical architecture improvements and building the CRM database.

Hachmeyer holds a B.B.A. in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications and an M.B.A. in Marketing Management both from Pace University.
