Since graduating with B.As in Communications & English Literature, I’ve been working in the digital marketing & CRM space for about 10 years. My background is originally in the hospitality industry, which was a crash course in maintaining customer relationships, executing communications and driving return visits to our restaurants. With that experience, I joined Brooks 2 years ago to focus on all things email, SMS & loyalty to help grow the brand and increase customer retention.
