Ashley Tisdale is an actress, singer, mother, and entrepreneur. She founded Frenshe in 2020, a community-based wellness and lifestyle platform, to start an authentic conversation around mental health and non-toxic living. By inviting experts to discuss all things beauty, home, and health, she has created an accessible and science-backed approach to holistic living. On her mental health and wellness journey, Ms. Tisdale discovered that fragrance greatly influenced her mood. This inspired her to launch Being Frenshe in 2022, a line of beauty and personal care products that blend the science of scent — the MoodScience™ Scent Technology — with wellness to help you nourish, connect, and care for yourself.
 
As an actress, Ms. Tisdale contributed her voice to Disney+’s 2020 animated film Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe. She also appeared in Carol’s Second Act on CBS and the Netflix series Merry Happy Whatever. Ms. Tisdale had a recurring role on the hit drama series MacGyver, and she starred in the TBS series Clipped. With her production company Blondie Girl Productions, Ms. Tisdale produced Freeform’s Young & Hungry. She became a household name for her role in the international hit film franchise High School Musical and her role on Disney Channel’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. As a young girl, Ms. Tisdale began acting in theater and appeared in Gypsy: A Musical Fable; The Sound of Music; Les Misérables; and Annie.
 
Ms. Tisdale has released three studio albums. Her debut album Headstrong, which debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 list, was followed by Guilty Pleasure, and then a decade later, Symptoms. The songs featured on her third album chronicle her journey with anxiety and depression – topics she frequently speaks out about and advocates for.
