Julia Klim is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at Equinox Group, the leading luxury, high performance brand portfolio that includes Equinox, Equinox Hotels, SoulCycle, and Blink Fitness.
 
Since joining Equinox in 2019, Ms. Klim has been pushing the boundaries of what we know today as wellness. In an effort to create hyper-personalized experiences, she helped launch Equinox’s digital venture and created a data connected ecosystem, driving more meaningful engagement and brand affinity. Today, Ms. Klim is building Equinox’s strategic partnerships arm creating new frontiers within healthspan and lifespan optimization, defining new pathways to growth through blockchain technology, and reimagining wellness’s role in fashion and culture. This year she led the creation of Equinox Circle, Equinox’s new partnership program with eight brand partners, including StockX, Oura, Blade, Dorsia, and more.
 
Prior to Equinox, Ms. Klim worked at PJT Partners investment bank in New York City and PIMCO, an asset management house in California.
 
She earned a master of business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of science in computer sciences and management from University College London. She was born and raised in Poland.
