Kelly Fanning joined Bayer Consumer Health in 2019 and today is responsible for delivering end-to-end growth strategies to accelerate brand and category growth for the U.S. Pain, Cardio, and Dermatology portfolios. Ms. Fanning’s role focuses on building meaningful science and consumer backed innovation, bold communication, and activation strategies for Aleve®, Bayer®, Midol®, Lotrimin®, and Tinactin® in the U.S. market. Prior to this role, she was Vice President of Sales for Grocery and Target.
Ms. Fanning joined Bayer Consumer Health with 16 years of commercial experience in Johnson & Johnson’s consumer sales and marketing organizations. Her passion extends beyond driving the day-to-day business to building a diverse, inclusive culture as Co-lead for Consumer Health’s 2023 DE&I team, Co-lead for the U.S. BLEND LGBTQ+ BRG (Business Resource Group), and Executive Sponsor for Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
She earned a bachelor of arts from Villanova University and master of business administration from Northeastern University.
