Jacqueline Flam is Managing Director of Beauty and Health for NielsenIQ, where she partners with diverse brands and retailers to uncover insights, leverage new technology platforms, drive marketing and sales strategy, and identify unmet consumer needs utilizing data. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Ms. Flam has grown and led marketing and sales operations for global beauty, health, and wellness brands utilizing innovative creative and analytical strategies.
 
She holds a bachelor of science in business and economics marketing from Lehigh University. Born and raised in New York City, she currently lives in Northern New Jersey with her husband and two children.
