An expert storyteller and innovator with more than two decades of experience, Ms. Pearson’s strategic vision has evolved NYX Professional Makeup into a powerhouse entertainment brand known for viral innovations, quality makeup at accessible price points, and placing its community at the heart of everything it does.
She has built a distinguished career within L’Oréal since 2001, including working across the company’s luxury and mass-market businesses. She joined NYX Professional Makeup in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Global Brand Innovation, leading the global marketing, product development, artistry, and social media teams. Under her leadership, the brand revamped its innovation strategy, resulting in a portfolio of high-quality, best-selling, and viral products.
Ms. Pearson and her team were also pivotal in pioneering NYX Professional Makeup into a new category, the “beauty brand of entertainment,” by landing partnerships with Hollywood studios, including Netflix’s Casa De Papel, Disney's Avatar: The Way of Water, and Warner Bros. Discovery’s Barbie The Movie and Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.
As Brand President, Ms. Pearson’s first foray led the brand to its most significant exposure in its history—securing NYX Professional Makeup’s first-ever Big Game commercial and major celebrity partnership in 2024.
A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, she has been instrumental in repositioning NYX Professional Makeup to embrace community, inclusivity, and authenticity at the core of all products and campaigns.
