Yanghee Paik is Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rael, a Los Angeles-based clean feminine care and skincare brand focused on holistic cycle care. A first generation Korean immigrant, prior to Rael, she held executive roles at Walt Disney Studios and worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Under her leadership, Rael expanded from organic cotton pads to a full range of clean, vegan skincare, while securing a $35M Series B in 2022. Ms. Paik continues to drive the company’s growth, global expansion, and innovation, with a strong focus on product development in both the United States and Korea.
 
She received her master of business administration from Harvard Business School and bachelor of arts from Seoul National University.
