Speaker Bio

Brooke Wall is Chairperson and Founder of The Wall Group, a management company that represents a diverse and preeminent group of makeup artists, hairstylists, manicurists, hair colorists, fashion stylists, and production designers who work at the frontline of the beauty and fashion industries.

Early in her career, Canadian-born Ms. Wall collaborated with industry titan Oribe to expand his brand. She then opened the beauty division of Ford models — the very first of its kind — which attracted luminaries such as François Nars. In 2000, Ms. Wall partnered with John Frieda to open The Wall Group. She expanded her roster to include fashion and celebrity stylists, and in an unprecedented move opened an office in Los Angeles instead of Europe, recognizing that the red carpet would become a powerhouse platform for brands. She played a pivotal role in Sally Hershberger’s development and launch of John Frieda’s Sheer Blonde line, and in addition, she advised Dean Factor in the development of Smashbox Cosmetics.

She took full ownership of The Wall Group in 2003 after helping Mr. Frieda sell his company. Today, she continues to expand the group’s reach into markets outside of the traditional agency model. Well-versed in both the luxury and the mass markets, The Wall Group has consulted for brands such as Chanel and Unilever. In 2015, the company was acquired by Endeavor, formerly WME | IMG, and shortly after, they opened offices in London and Paris.

Ms. Wall firmly believes in corporate social responsibility. She is a fierce advocate for sustainable practices and supporting charitable causes including The Nature Conservancy, 1% for the Planet, Women’s Funding Network, and UNICEF.
