Shaun Neff is an entrepreneur, advisor, and investor born and raised in Southern California. At a young age Mr. Neff was hyper-obsessed and intrigued with branding, which led him to start his first company Neff. Neff achieved distribution in over 50 countries and has done over a half a billion dollars in retail sales. The brand was a leader in youth culture, and Mr. Neff was the brand pioneer of talent capsule collections by collaborating with some of the biggest talent in the world such as Kevin Durant, Scarlett Johansson, Snoop Dogg, among others. Neff was sold in 2012.

In 2013, Mr. Neff was approached by a small sun care brand, Sunbum and decided to personally fund the brand, becoming the second largest shareholder. Six years later, Sunbum was acquired by SC Johnson. He has advised for some of the biggest companies in the world including Sony, Target, Walmart, and Robinhood.

Mr. Neff is currently Co-founder of Beach House Group, a leading innovative brand incubator that has created and launched brands like Moon Oral Care with Kendall Jenner and Odell Beckham Jr., Pattern by Tracee Ellis Ross, Beis by Shay Mitchell, and incubated and sold Florence by Mills with Millie Bobby Brown.
