Séan Harrington serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Elemis, the 30-year-old British luxury skincare brand. Under his leadership, the brand has evolved from a homegrown business into a global brand, selling to over 1,600 doors in more than 100 countries. He is known for his entrepreneurial leadership style, encouraging Elemis employees at every level to embrace disruptive strategies to engage and excite consumers.

Committed to the company’s expansion and excellence, Mr. Harrington relocated to Asia in 2019 to open the first Elemis Hong Kong office, with the aim to build a substantial brand presence across the APAC market and establish the strong structure and resources needed to deliver this opportunity.

He was the recipient of the CEW Special Industry Award, an honor that recognizes his outstanding contribution to the beauty industry and his advancement of women.
