Sylvie Moreau is President of Europe and the Middle East at Sephora, the global prestige omni-retail leader. Sephora operates 3,000 stores with a 46,000 strong team in over 40 countries worldwide and gathers the most loved beauty community.

Ms. Moreau is an expert in beauty, with over 30 years of experience in marketing and general management roles. In 1994 she started her professional life in France in marketing at Procter & Gamble. During her 22-year career at P&G, she held a variety of positions in local, regional, and international capacities, managing iconic brands like Wella, Pantene, Olay, and Ariel.

Prior to her role at Sephora, she served as a member of Coty Inc.’s executive committee and as President of Coty Professional Beauty, a division that is home to some of the most iconic brands in beauty, including OPI, Wella, and ghd.

Born in France and having both French and Swiss citizenship, Ms. Moreau currently resides in Paris with her husband and daughter. She holds a master of business administration from ESSEC (École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales).
