Renowned for her ability to build authentic connections between brands and consumers, Ms. Hennike blends instinct and data to simplify complexity, shape strategy, and accelerate omnichannel growth.
 
Throughout her career, Ms. Hennike has led transformative brand and business strategies for some of the world’s most iconic apparel companies. As Chief Brand Officer at Carhartt, she oversees enterprise-wide strategy for an approximately $2B retail business, driving double-digit sales growth, elevating consumer engagement, and delivering award-winning campaigns that generated $25M in incremental revenue and 375M earned media impressions. Previously, as President of Champion North America, she scaled the brand to $3B globally, achieving 12 consecutive quarters of double-digit growth, and a 63% three-year CAGR. As Chief Product Officer at Bombas, she led end-to-end product strategy for a $300M DTC brand, aligning design, sourcing, and merchandising with financial and operational KPIs to expand category offerings and deepen consumer loyalty.
 
Ms. Hennike contributes to the industry as an advisory board member for Losano, a mission-driven women’s athleticwear startup, and as a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle.
