Amber English is President of Digital and Online for The Americas at The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC). In this role, Ms. English oversees the company’s acceleration of digital-first transformation and omni-capabilities in the region and is responsible for leading the strategic direction and online sales growth across all e-commerce channels in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
She has a strategic focus on driving sales using existing and new customer acquisition platforms, such as innovative third-party partnerships. She partners closely with brand leaders to drive regional and digital marketing objectives for both brand.com and retailer.com and works closely with online leaders to support integrated online operations, including new site launches, key technology enhancements, and seamless order-to-fulfillment.
Ms. English joined ELC in 2021 as Senior Vice President/General Manager of E-Commerce for North America, where she was instrumental in the company’s entrance to the Amazon Premium Beauty store. She also led the region’s digital transformation, focused on developing best-in-class digital experiences for consumers across the company’s brand.com websites, retailer.com, and Amazon.
Previously, she work at Amazon, where she most recently led the global Amazon Fashion Private Brands business. During her 14-years with the company, Ms. English served in various roles across Amazon Fashion, Beauty, and Consumables. Earlier, she worked at Macy’s and Gap Inc. in merchandising roles.
She is the executive sponsor of the ELC women in tech council.
Ms. English is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
