Olympia Gayot serves as J.Crew’s Creative Director and Executive Vice President of Women’s and Children’s design. Since her appointment in 2020, she has played a transformative role in shaping the American heritage brand through her modern lens. Her approach blends her deep understanding of the brand’s history with a comprehensive approach to both design and image making.
 
With more than twenty years of multifaceted experience in creative leadership roles, Ms. Gayot is a celebrated designer. Her unique skill set spans various disciplines, including design, styling, store design, and fine art, making her a distinctive talent in the fashion industry.
 
She holds a bachelor of fine arts from the School of Visual Arts.
