April McDaniel is Founder of Crown + Conquer, a creative agency that honors, shapes, and pushes forward how global brands connect with their communities. She launched the company in 2016 to transform brand storytelling at scale. Today, Crown + Conquer, a woman-led team, is trusted by industry leaders like Spotify, Google, and Adidas for creating breakthrough moments through bold, authentic strategies that build lasting relationships. 
 
A strategic thinker and decisive leader, Ms. McDaniel built her career at the legacy hospitality company Tao Group, where she spent years mastering the art of experience alongside industry veterans Noah Tepperberg and Jason Strauss. There, she learned how to execute at scale and create moments that reshape industries. 
 
In 2024, she and her longtime friend of 15 years, Savannah James, launched two ventures: Everybody’s Crazy, a heartfelt call-in podcast where no topic is off-limits, and Let It Break, a members-only women’s community offering a holistic approach to personal growth and transformation. 
 
Ms. McDaniel currently serves on the boards of the Hammer Museum and City Year Los Angeles, and credits her greatest role, as a mother to two sons, as the one that continues to ground and guide everything she builds.
