As a strategic wellness entrepreneur, she invests in culturally driven brands like Lobos Tequila, Public, the women’s professional volleyball league LOVB Pro, and Lockerverse, while collaborating on community-centered wellness initiatives.
 
In 2024, Ms. James and longtime friend April McDaniel launched Everybody's Crazy, a heartfelt call-in podcast where no topic is off-limits, offering real perspective for life's complexities; and Let It Break, a personal development platform and membership community designed for women ready to grow from the inside out. Let It Break offers curated programming, master talks, accountability pods, and intimate gatherings for women to elevate their evolution. May 2025 marks the launch of her luxury, high-performance skincare line, Reframe Beauty, created in collaboration with beauty entrepreneur Nick Axelrod-Welk, focused on clinical skincare for the real world.
