Kate Foster is an entrepreneur and proven executive from the beauty and fashion industries. Her first foray into entrepreneurship was founding a digital platform for beauty product recommendations, which was acquired by a large media company in early 2020. Ms. Foster’s passion for the consumer and knowledge of e-commerce, marketing, and brand strategy was built through a career of leadership roles at companies like Victoria’s Secret Beauty and Juicy Couture.
 
A lifelong learner, she holds a master in business administration from Columbia Business School, a master’s in beauty management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and a bachelor of arts from Colgate University.
 
Ms. Foster volunteers her time as a mentor for college students interested in entrepreneurship. She resides in Brooklyn with her husband, their two children, and an anxious but lovable rescue dog.
