Lisa Green joined JCPenney in February 2023 as Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager of Salon and Beauty. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of JCPenney’s Salon and Beauty merchandising strategies to create a compelling shopping destination for customers within the newly-launched JCPenney Beauty.
 
Ms. Green brings more than 30 years of experience in the beauty industry to her role. She is a senior beauty industry executive with demonstrated strengths in brand strategy, omnichannel sales, marketing, and merchandising. Ms. Green has a track record of driving the growth of both flagship and emerging prestige brands, revitalizing underperforming brands and positioning them for successful acquisition, introducing e-commerce best practices, and growing retailer brand portfolios, sales performance, and penetration. Prior to JCPenney, she held leadership roles with The Estée Lauder Companies, BeautyKind, Beauty Brands, Coty, LVMH, and others.
