As a strategically focused, results-oriented leader, her experience working with international companies and willingness to challenge the status quo have given her the knowledge and successful track record to succeed. Ms. Atkinson is responsible for the company’s overall vision and strategy, financial objectives, and thought leadership in maximizing Presperse’s position as a trusted supplier. Under her leadership, the company became certified as a Great Place To Work®, while delivering record sales and profits.
 
Ms. Atkinson is a board member of Cosmetic Executive Women and supports the growth of young female leaders as a member of High Point University’s Elizabeth Miller Strickland Women’s Leadership Council. As an advocate for health and wellness, she is an ambassador for the Global Wellness Institute. Ms. Atkinson appreciates the need to always give back through her sponsorship and support of many U.S.-based initiatives to encourage the education of young Americans in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
 
She holds a certification in design thinking from MIT Sloan College of Business and a certificate in negotiation from Harvard School of Business.
