Nell Diamond is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Hill House Home, a digital-first fashion and lifestyle brand that brings beauty and joy to everyday rituals. In her role, Ms. Diamond oversees all business functions, including growth, product, design, marketing, and creative.
 
Founded in 2016, Hill House Home launched as a direct-to-consumer bedding and home business. The company went viral with the 2019 launch of their cult-favorite product, the Nap Dress®, and has since expanded further into fashion categories including separates, pajamas, shoes, and swim, while iterating on their home offering across bedding, bath, and baby.
 
Led by the values of quality, comfort, and design integrity, Ms. Diamond has developed a hyper loyal and engaged customer base and has quickly built Hill House Home into a new luxury leader valued at over $150M.
 
Prior to founding the company, she worked as a Fixed Income Analyst at Deutsche Bank in New York. She has been included in Forbes 30 Under 30 and been featured in New York Magazine, Vogue, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and more.
 
Ms. Diamond earned a master of business administration from Yale’s School of Management and a bachelor of arts in English literature from Princeton University.
