Currently a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry, based in Dallas, Craig Rowley has 25+ year’s experience developing human resource programs. He manages major accounts with a focus on organization and reward in retail and services, working with CEOs and boards to develop human resource strategies and programs. A frequent speaker, Craig has presented for The Conference Board, NASPP and WorldatWork, and is often cited in publications like the Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, Associated Press, BusinessWeek, Bloomberg, Forbes and Chain Store Age, and featured on CNBC, FoxBusiness Live and CBS Evening News. He was previously director for Macy’s (previously May Department Stores), and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in psychology and a Master’s of Science in industrial relations from Iowa State University.
