She has extensive experience leading consulting projects with multinational corporations in Asia, and a track record leading high-impact projects with retailers, sourcing offices and manufacturers to solve complex supply chain issues through operations transformation, organization and digital enablement. She began her career with Deloitte Consulting, Strategy & Operations in Hong Kong, she gained experience in market entry assessment, financial modeling and project management for multinational financial institutions and consumer goods companies.
