Chris Demuth serves as Senior Vice President of People Services, ESG, Belonging, and Corporate Philanthropy at Neiman Marcus Group.

In this newly expanded role, Ms. Demuth supports both Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman from a People Services perspective, focusing on the internal talent pipeline and integrating both teams. She is an experienced and knowledgeable leader executing and expanding the company’s belonging and ESG strategies. She previously served as Vice President of Human Resources at Gap Inc.

Ms. Demuth is a graduate of Penn State, with a PhD in diversity and cultural studies in education from the University of Tennessee.
