Dr. Amanda Parkes is Chief Innovation Officer of PANGAIA, leading PANGAIA’s science with over 15 years of experience in fashion innovation, sustainability, wearable technology, interaction design, and smart materials spanning research, development, and product commercialization.
Dr. Parkes is an international speaker and lecturer and has presented at TED, DLD, PSFK, the World Economic Forum, and The New York Times International Luxury Conference. Dr. Parkes received a PhD and M.S. in tangible media from the MIT Media Lab and a B.S. in mechanical engineering and B.A. in art history from Stanford University.
