Anitra Marsh is Vice President of Brand Communications and Responsible Beauty for P&G’s skin care and personal care brands including Olay, Safeguard, Old Spice, and Secret, reaching more than a billion consumers in 100+ countries. Ms. Marsh is tasked with improving the environmental and social impact of P&G’s skin and personal care brands. In her role, she leads a multi-functional team committed to responsible beauty practices across packaging, ingredients, supply chain, and community development.
With more than 20 years of experience leading communications and partnerships for P&G’s brands, Ms. Marsh thrives on finding common ground, new ideas, and strategic connections that deliver results. In 2009, Ms. Marsh was named 40 Under 40 by PR Week. Most recently, she was named one of PR News’ 2019 Top Women in PR and The Network Journal’s 2019 Top 25 Most Influential Women in Business.
Diversity and inclusion are passion areas for Ms. Marsh, and she serves on the board for The LAGRANT Foundation, an organization committed to increasing multicultural talent in advertising, marketing, and public relations, the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati, and Elementz, an urban arts organization that uses hip hop to teach, inspire, and support youth in underserved communities.
Ms. Marsh holds a bachelor of science in mass media arts from Hampton University.
