Stéphane de La Faverie is Group President of The Estée Lauder Companies as well as Global Brand President of Estée Lauder and AERIN.

As Group President, Mr. de La Faverie oversees Jo Malone London, Le Labo, Kilian Paris, and Darphin, among others. He also has an enterprise-wide focus on integrated planning and end-to-end business operations. Mr. de La Faverie has a track record of building and leading global brands, expertise across categories and channels, and an understanding of local relevance.

Since becoming Group President in 2020, Mr. de La Faverie has helped build fragrance as another powerful growth engine, while leveraging his skin care expertise to drive differentiation for cult-favorite brands and tapping into the growing men’s skincare market. His successful leadership of Estée Lauder since 2016 has helped the namesake brand connect with consumers across all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities.

Mr. de La Faverie joined The Estée Lauder Companies in 2011 as Senior Vice President and Global General Manager of Aramis and Designer Fragrances. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Global General Manager of Origins, Ojon, and Darphin. Earlier, Mr. de La Faverie served as General Manager of Giorgio Armani U.S.A., and he started in the industry with the Lancôme brand in Paris, serving in roles including Area Manager for the Luxury Products Group in North America, General Manager of Lancôme in Australia, and Vice President of Marketing for Lancôme U.S.A.

Mr. de La Faverie was educated at ESC Bordeaux Business School.
