Scott Lercel is a global social responsibility leader with over 35 years of responsible sourcing, supply chain, and merchandising expertise. He currently serves as Vice President of Global Sourcing for Dick’s Sporting Goods. In this role, Scott is responsible for the strategic development and management of a global supplier portfolio encompassing softlines and hardlines product categories. Key areas reporting into Scott include the global sourcing, quality assurance and technical design teams.

Prior to joining DICK’S, Scott served as the Director of Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability at Target Corporation and the Senior Executive for the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety.
